New Single: 50 Cent – Get Up

This is 50’s first official single off of his fourth and “final” album, Before I Self Destruct. It’s not his biggest track but has clug banger potential. Track is produced by Scott Storch who also produced 50’s track Jus a lil’ bit.

Music: Paper Trail goes Gold!

Paper Trail, T.I.’s sixth solo album went Gold in it’s first week of sales. It sold 586,383 copies. I think that this was a great album to recover from what a lot of people called a disaster a.k.a. T.I. vs. T.I.P. The features weren’t forced and he had a good flow for the album.

News: Hip Hop House worth $7 Million

Last week somebody bought the house that is “the birthplace of Hip Hop.” It’s called the birthplace of Hip Hop because it’s where Dj Kool Herc threw parties in the early 1970s where Hip Hop was invented.

Tech: The Blackberry Storm

This is the New Blackberry Storm for Verizon Wireless. This is the first touch screen Blackberry and the one with the largest screen.  The screen is not as sensitive as the iPhone. You have to push down on it like a button. It’s a smooth phone but the fact that you have to push down on the screen worries me.

This is the trailer for the new movie coming out called Max Payne. It’s about a man seeking revenge for the death of his wife and all this other shit that goes wrong. It stars Mark Wahlberg as Max Payne. After his performance in movies like Four Brothers and The Departed, i think he’s become one of Hollywood’s better actors. He’s no Morris Chestnut or anything but he’s good. LOL
